Then use the refined Petroleum and bio products locally in Iran's industrial supply chains and industrial cycles building final products from refined petroleum. For example, Crude oil becomes Plastics. Plastics are used in Iran's local plastic industrial supply chains. One of the products made by Plastics are toys. Toys produced in Iran are trusted and expensive toys exported to Europe, America, Russia, China, and other parts of the world at very high price. I want to refined all the crude oil extracted from Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf, Iraq, Middle East, Red Sea, Horn of Africa, Russia, and even North Africa in Islamic Republic of Iran.
