Industrialization of Libya

The arms embargo on Khalifa Haftar of Libya must be lifted so actors can send them weapons. Once they have military superiority we can end the war in Libya and reunify it. This way we can rebuild Libya and Industrialize it. So America Says: "America must also send weapons to Khalifa Haftar.” I don’t take responsibility for America giving weapons to Khalifa Haftar. But I am sending weapons to Khalifa Haftar. Civil wars don’t have balance of power and opposing factions and supporters are designed to extend duration of war and increase casualties. The more duration of war extended more destruction and killing takes place. There are scenarios in which opposing forces protect a Population from Genocide. Khalifa Haftar must offer amnesty to Internationally recognized Government of Libya and their fighters. We must not allow revenge killing in Libya and mass murder. Libya must be reunified as soon as possible.

We want dictators and strong men in Power for Libya. Because the system in Libya designed in a manner democracy will fail due to lack of protection by mind control and the way sociocultural algorithms are designed.
